Tonight I finally got my act together and went saw Blood Visions live again. I’m glad I did, as it was pretty fantastic. They really are very good. I danced a little, but there weren’t many people there and I was the only one in the crowd dancing so I didn’t get the arms involved. Maybe next time I’ll join Joss on the dancefloor, as he was throwing shapes all over the shop.

Spoke to Rufus about us trying to put a few gigs on around town, cause no one really seems to be doing it much. Really beginning to realise I can’t just wait for things to happen, I’ve gotta do it myself. So fingers crossed we’ll do that.

Today I also had band practice with Angus. Bill couldn’t make it again, but it was pretty fun. Zach was there too, and is gonna play keys and synths, which added a nice dimension to practice today. That makes it Angus on guitar, me on bass, Zach on keys and synth and Bill on drums. Rate when we practice with Bill we’ll be close to having a full song together, drums help organise things a bit and work out how to put different parts together. We also started jamming another idea, which uses a speech sample, I’ll probably post a video of that up soon, today probably.

I played a show today. I’m shattered and sweaty.
